About Greg

Deep Roots in Morgan Hill

Greg and his family moved to Morgan Hill 45 years ago. He graduated from Live Oak High School, attended UC Santa Cruz, then began his career in public service. After 10 years he returned to Morgan Hill, where he met his wife Suzi. They lived in downtown Morgan Hill for 24 years before moving to their present home at the base of El Toro, where they live with their 4 children, Tristan, Aubrey, Bevin and Lachlan.

Professional Achievement, Community Involvement

Greg started his career working for elected officials, then returned to Morgan Hill to lead a new downtown revitalization effort. He was first elected to the Morgan Hill City Council in 1998 and served on the Council for 12 years, leading efforts to build the new Community Center, Recreation Center and other key public buildings. He has a graduate degree in Public Policy from the Panetta Institute at CSUMB and currently serves as a solar industry executive.
